PILATES IN GOSFORTH

Gosforth classes are held at the Trinity Church & Centre on Gosforth High Street.

The welcoming Centre boasts a friendly café ideal for a pre or post Pilates snack.  Friendly staff and volunteers will show you how to find your Pilates class.

These classes are particularly suited to mature exercisers looking for a low impact exercise routine.  Many clients have been coming to Kirsty’s classes for over 5 years!  Everyone has achieved real health benefits including postural improvement, managing joint and back pain, gentle stretching and muscle strengthening and relaxation.

Places are limited on Monday and Thursday so I’m starting new classes on Wednesday 4th September, at 12.45pm Beginners and 2pm Improvers.   Improvers class is ideal for anyone wanting a second class each week or if you have done Pilates before and want to increase your routine.

Please contact Kirsty on 07891 012 928 to enquire or register on the waiting list.
