An Individual Consultation offers you the chance to experience Pilates in a private session tailored to your fitness level and goals. You will learn about body alignment, identify how to develop your core strength and how to apply Pilates to all activities. Most importantly you will learn the Pilates techniques that will help you tone up, prevent injury, avoid back pain and support your fitness goals.

One-to-one Package £130.00
Four sessions tailored to your individual fitness goals and posture.
Your first session includes a 1 hour consultation, instruction in basic Pilates technique and customised routine to focus on your fitness goals. 3 more individual lessons will develop your technique. Times are arranged to suit you and further lessons can be purchased as required.
One-to-one Pilates is great for Brides-to-be to get ready for the big day. Not only will you feel fabulous in your dress, you will have stamina for your special day. Bring your partner along and tone up together, or book a “Pilat-ay Party” Workshop for your Hen Do – a great way to entertain a variety of participants.
